Which parts of Bali can you deliver to?
Our Denpasar studio coordinates deliveries across Bali, including Seminyak, Ubud and Nusa Dua. We confirm the route and timing for the recipient’s address. The delivery page provides area rates; discuss a remote location before confirming the order.
Can I see the bouquet before paying?
Payment after a photograph of the completed bouquet or upon delivery is available. Cash payment can be made in Indonesian rupiah or new US dollar notes; agree the arrangement with the manager for your order. You can also read about the team and customer experiences on our About Us page.
How are the flowers prepared?
We receive flowers every two days from local and import suppliers and make each bouquet on its delivery day. After handover, the arrangement’s condition also depends on its composition, water and where it is displayed. Ask for the care instructions for the chosen format.
Is express delivery or a requested time possible?
Yes. When florists are available, preparation and dispatch may be possible in as little as 45 minutes. Confirm the arrival arrangements separately for the address. Traffic and weather can affect timing, and we keep you informed of changes.
Will the bouquet match the reference photo?
Handmade bouquets can differ slightly in shades and flower varieties according to availability. We preserve the agreed overall style and balance. Before delivery, we send a photograph of the finished bouquet for your approval.
How do I follow the progress of my order?
We send updates from confirmation and preparation through to delivery, including photographs when the bouquet is ready. A photograph of the handover can be requested separately. Give the manager your order number when asking for an update.
Can flowers be delivered at night?
Yes, nighttime delivery is available and orders are accepted around the clock. The confirmed time and rate depend on the location and schedule. Discuss a late arrival with the team before relying on the preferred interval.
Can I order flowers together with another gift?
Select a bouquet and provide your contact, address and requested delivery time. The manager confirms the details. Champagne, fruit, chocolates, a soft toy or a card can be added; agree the exact item, contents and price as part of the order.
Can you work from my own photograph or idea?
Yes. Send a picture or description with your budget and the details you want to keep. The florist will propose a version using flowers available on Bali. Wrapping, accessories and a personal note can also be discussed before preparation.
Can I make changes after placing the order?
Changes to colour, flower choice, wrapping or size can be made without an adjustment fee before handover to the courier. Confirm the revised contents and total with the manager. Once delivery has started, any change needs a separate agreement. Use our contact page to reach the team promptly.
What happens if I have a concern about the order?
Contact us with the order details, an explanation and photographs where possible. We review each case individually; a replacement, partial refund or another resolution may be offered according to the circumstances. See the returns policy for the process.
How far ahead should I place an order?
We recommend 24–48 hours before the flowers are needed, allowing time for selection, preparation and route planning. Requests for the same day are also welcome. We check availability and suggest the nearest suitable interval if the preferred one cannot be met.

Choose a shape that shows the stem as well as the flower
Ranunculus has a rounded head built from many thin petals, often carried on a gently curved stem. That combination can make an arrangement feel open and less rigid. A natural bend is part of the line; it need not be hidden in a tightly packed surface.
The Bali collection includes pink ranunculus with greenery and mixed designs with other flowers. Decide whether the individual heads should remain easy to see or become part of a larger colour pattern. The spacing changes the effect even when the ingredients stay similar.
For a compact gift, a few clearly presented blooms can make the petal structure visible. For a broader arrangement, consider how the ranunculus relates to the largest flowers. One flower type should not disappear unintentionally behind another.
Several layers do not make every full flower interchangeable
A ranunculus, a peony and a full rose can all have many petals, yet their flower faces and stem lines differ. If you are choosing from a photograph, identify the part you like: tight layers, a more open centre or the curve carrying the head.
For a comparison with another cup shaped flower and a branching outline, browse eustoma bouquets. Use the comparison to explain your preference, rather than treating different flowers as automatic substitutes.
In a mix with roses or hydrangeas, ranunculus can create a smaller rounded detail between broader forms. Agree the proportions when changing a reference. Similar colours alone do not preserve the balance of the finished bouquet.
Keep the available flower specific
Confirm the variety or colour offered for your date if either is essential. Natural size and opening stage vary, so a clear description of the desired outline is useful alongside a picture.
Support the hollow stems gently
Ranunculus stems are hollow and can be delicate. Avoid squeezing the bouquet into a narrow vase or trying to straighten each curve by hand. Select a container that supports the stems without pressing the flower heads together.
Recut with a clean sharp tool, remove leaves below the water and use flower food at the stated dilution. Keep water off the blooms when adding it to the vase. Place the flowers away from direct sun, heat and ripening fruit.
If the gift is delivered before an event in Bali, arrange a protected place for it to wait. Flowers in a fixed base need instructions for that construction, especially when slender stems are secured inside. Ask for the care method at handover so no one needs to dismantle the design to find the water supply.
