Orders are accepted around the clock. Same-day and urgent delivery are possible after checking flower availability, bouquet size, route and recipient access.

The payment method, currency, receipt details and any delivery surcharge are agreed before bouquet assembly starts.
Recipient unavailable
If the recipient is unavailable, refuses delivery or the address is incorrect, we contact the customer and agree on handover, rescheduling or repeated delivery. Repeated delivery may be charged separately.
