Which parts of Bali can you deliver to?
Our Denpasar studio coordinates deliveries across Bali, including Seminyak, Ubud and Nusa Dua. We confirm the route and timing for the recipient’s address. The delivery page provides area rates; discuss a remote location before confirming the order.
Can I see the bouquet before paying?
Payment after a photograph of the completed bouquet or upon delivery is available. Cash payment can be made in Indonesian rupiah or new US dollar notes; agree the arrangement with the manager for your order. You can also read about the team and customer experiences on our About Us page.
How are the flowers prepared?
We receive flowers every two days from local and import suppliers and make each bouquet on its delivery day. After handover, the arrangement’s condition also depends on its composition, water and where it is displayed. Ask for the care instructions for the chosen format.
Is express delivery or a requested time possible?
Yes. When florists are available, preparation and dispatch may be possible in as little as 45 minutes. Confirm the arrival arrangements separately for the address. Traffic and weather can affect timing, and we keep you informed of changes.
Will the bouquet match the reference photo?
Handmade bouquets can differ slightly in shades and flower varieties according to availability. We preserve the agreed overall style and balance. Before delivery, we send a photograph of the finished bouquet for your approval.
How do I follow the progress of my order?
We send updates from confirmation and preparation through to delivery, including photographs when the bouquet is ready. A photograph of the handover can be requested separately. Give the manager your order number when asking for an update.
Can flowers be delivered at night?
Yes, nighttime delivery is available and orders are accepted around the clock. The confirmed time and rate depend on the location and schedule. Discuss a late arrival with the team before relying on the preferred interval.
Can I order flowers together with another gift?
Select a bouquet and provide your contact, address and requested delivery time. The manager confirms the details. Champagne, fruit, chocolates, a soft toy or a card can be added; agree the exact item, contents and price as part of the order.
Can you work from my own photograph or idea?
Yes. Send a picture or description with your budget and the details you want to keep. The florist will propose a version using flowers available on Bali. Wrapping, accessories and a personal note can also be discussed before preparation.
Can I make changes after placing the order?
Changes to colour, flower choice, wrapping or size can be made without an adjustment fee before handover to the courier. Confirm the revised contents and total with the manager. Once delivery has started, any change needs a separate agreement. Use our contact page to reach the team promptly.
What happens if I have a concern about the order?
Contact us with the order details, an explanation and photographs where possible. We review each case individually; a replacement, partial refund or another resolution may be offered according to the circumstances. See the returns policy for the process.
How far ahead should I place an order?
We recommend 24–48 hours before the flowers are needed, allowing time for selection, preparation and route planning. Requests for the same day are also welcome. We check availability and suggest the nearest suitable interval if the preferred one cannot be met.

Build the birthday gift around something recognisable
A favourite flower or a colour the recipient often chooses can make a bouquet feel personal immediately. If you do not know their flower preferences, think about their style: a clear single colour, a loose mixture or a bold arrangement with one strong focal point.
The Bali birthday collection includes different scales and compositions. Decide what the recipient will enjoy before using size as the main measure of the gift. Someone with a small hotel room may appreciate a manageable bouquet more than a display that takes over the available table.
For a fuller rose shape, compare peony roses. For another favourite flower, ask the florist to make that the main feature and confirm its availability for the birthday.
Get the local date and the day's plans right
Bali uses WITA, UTC+8. When ordering from another country, write the intended local date and time explicitly. A message sent late in your evening may already arrive on the next day in Bali.
Check where the recipient will be staying on that date. If the birthday falls between two hotel stays, delivery after the move avoids asking them to transport the flowers with their luggage. If they will be out all day, an agreed handover after their return may work better than an early arrival.
For a hotel, provide the property name, the guest's booking name and a reachable contact. If a friend is helping, confirm their availability before making them responsible for receiving the bouquet. Delivery arrangements are explained on the Bali delivery page.
Flowers for a restaurant celebration need an agreement with the venue about receiving and placing them. Room decoration or a public presentation should be arranged separately rather than assumed to come with delivery.
Keep the card as specific as the flowers
You could mention a shared memory from the year, something you admire or a plan you are looking forward to together. The wording should sound like the person sending it. A short recognisable message can be more meaningful than a long formal greeting.
For a group gift, collect the names and final messages before the card is prepared. Nominate one person to approve the bouquet and total so that separate requests do not change the order in conflicting ways.
If you add a gift alongside the flowers, confirm exactly what is included and whether it suits the recipient. Do not assume every image in the collection has the same extras.
Finally, check the finished bouquet photograph and the spelling on the card. Leave the recipient free to enjoy the birthday without an obligation to pose for a handover photo or reply immediately.
