These terms define permitted use of the Flowers Place website, order forms, content, interface, links and communication channels.
1. General terms
The website https://flowers-place.com is used to view Flowers Place goods and services, place orders, contact a manager and receive information about delivery, payment, refunds and legal terms.
By using the website, the user confirms that they act in good faith and do not violate the law, third-party rights, website security or these terms.
If the user places an order, the public offer, refunds policy, privacy policy and other Flowers Place legal documents additionally apply.
2. Permitted use
The user may browse website pages, submit requests, place orders, contact Flowers Place through the listed channels and use published information for personal selection of goods and services.
The user must provide accurate information required for order placement, payment, delivery, feedback and claim review.

Copying, publishing, modifying, mass downloading, commercial use or distribution of website materials without written consent of Flowers Place is prohibited except where expressly permitted by law.
Linking to the website is allowed if the link does not mislead users or create a false impression of partnership, approval or representation of Flowers Place.
5. Forms, messages and feedback
Website forms, cart, messengers, email and phone are used for requests, orders, clarifications, service messages, delivery, claims and refunds.
Service messages about an order, payment, substitution, delivery, status or claim are not marketing messages and may be sent as part of order performance.

8. Changes to the terms
Flowers Place may update these terms. A new version applies from publication on the website unless it states otherwise.
The Russian version prevails. The English version is provided for convenience of users of the English interface and does not change the meaning of the Russian document.
