Yes. You can be anywhere in the world and order delivery to any of our 50+ cities. Pay online, and we will arrange everything locally.
How quickly do you deliver?
Urgent orders can be delivered in as little as 35 minutes. You can also choose an exact delivery time, down to a specific minute.
Can I pay in another currency?
Yes. We accept payment in any currency using a convenient method: card, bank transfer, or online payment.
Will you send me a photo of the bouquet?
Absolutely. The florist will send a photo before dispatch and, after handover, a photo from the delivery.
Can the delivery be anonymous?
Yes. We can omit the sender details and include a card with any message or leave it unsigned.
Can I add a card, cake, balloons, or a gift?
A card is included free with every order. We can also arrange a cake, balloons, gifts, and other extras on request.
What if I do not know the recipient’s address?
No problem. We will contact the recipient, agree on a convenient time and place, and keep the delivery a surprise.

Yes. Our support team is available 24/7. Night deliveries are also available in most cities — please check with a manager.
