What concerns you when ordering? FAQ Buenos Aires

Can I send flowers to Buenos Aires while I am abroad?

Yes. Choose the bouquet and provide the recipient’s address in CABA, their phone number and the message for the card. We accept cards issued in different countries. Prices on this version are in Argentine pesos; your bank may apply its own conversion when your card uses another currency.

Does this site cover the whole Buenos Aires metropolitan area?

The published delivery zones cover CABA, the autonomous city. They include central neighbourhoods and areas such as Palermo, Belgrano, Núñez and Villa Urquiza. An address in the surrounding metropolitan area needs a separate route agreement; it is not included merely because its address says Buenos Aires.

What information do you need for an apartment delivery?

Please give the street name and number, floor, apartment and the name used at the entrance or reception. A local phone number helps when a building has no concierge or access changes during the day. We agree who can receive the flowers rather than leaving them outside an unattended entrance.

How much does delivery cost?

Daytime delivery starts at ARS 6,000 for San Nicolás and Monserrat. The published rate varies by area, reaching ARS 11,000 for Núñez and Villa Urquiza. Night rates are separate. The order’s delivery charge and any applicable free delivery threshold are shown or confirmed before you pay.

How long should I allow for the courier?

The listed daytime estimates range from 45–90 minutes in the central zones to 80–150 minutes for the furthest listed routes. These are route estimates, not a promise that an unprepared bouquet will arrive within that interval. Assembly, availability, traffic and access to the address are considered when the delivery window is agreed.

Can you deliver during the night?

Night delivery is available by arrangement and has its own district tariff. Please confirm the recipient can receive the bouquet and that the building or hotel allows the handover at that hour. We agree the timing before dispatch, especially for a surprise.

Can I choose a precise minute for delivery?

You can request a time, but a delivery window is usually more realistic than an exact minute. For a restaurant booking, work event or departure, tell us the deadline when placing the order. We will check whether the route and handover make that deadline workable.

Will a hotel accept flowers for a guest?

That depends on the hotel’s policy and the guest’s stay. Give the booking name, hotel address and arrival or departure date. We can arrange a handover through reception when the hotel permits it; a room number alone does not confirm that staff may accept the gift.

What if I do not know which flowers the recipient likes?

Start with what you do know: a favourite colour, a relaxed or formal occasion, and where the flowers will be displayed. A compact mixed bouquet can be easier to place than a very tall arrangement. Mention strong fragrance preferences and pets before choosing the flowers.

Will the bouquet be identical to the catalogue photograph?

The photograph shows the intended composition and style. Natural flowers vary in shape and opening stage, and availability can change. If a requested flower or colour needs a meaningful substitution, the alternative should be agreed with you rather than silently changing the character of the bouquet.

Can I see the finished flowers before they leave?

Ask for a photograph when you place the order so that this is included in the preparation. It is useful for checking the palette, overall shape and card details. Allow time to review the picture before the agreed dispatch window.

Can you include a message in Spanish?

Yes. Send the exact wording and the name you would like on the card, including accents. You may also send a message in another language. If you want help with Spanish wording, ask before preparation and approve the final text so that the meaning stays yours.

Can the sender remain a surprise?

You may leave your name off the card, but we still need your contact details to manage the order. Tell us whether the recipient may be contacted in advance and what we can say. A surprise should not depend on the courier being unable to reach anyone at the address.

What happens if the recipient is unavailable?

We first use the contact and handover instructions agreed for the order. Receiving by a concierge, colleague or relative needs permission. If no authorised person is available, we contact you to arrange the next step; a second journey may change the timing and cost.

Can I change the bouquet or address after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible and include the order reference. Changes depend on whether the flowers have been prepared or the courier has left. A new address may involve another delivery zone, so any difference in price or time should be agreed before the change is made.

How does the flower subscription work?

The filled subscription options each cover five bouquets. The three size offers retain savings of 13%, 15% and 20% respectively. Choose the size on the subscription page, then agree the delivery dates and address details. The offer concerns repeated bouquets, not five stems or five different recipients by default.

What should I do if there is a problem with the delivered bouquet?

Contact us promptly with the order reference and photographs showing the problem and the whole bouquet. Explain whether the issue concerns condition, composition or delivery. We will review it against the agreed order and discuss the appropriate remedy, without treating normal differences between individual blooms as permission for an unrelated arrangement.

Flowers Place Reviews in Buenos Aires

Our network reviews describe real orders from the places shown with each review. A review from another city is not presented as a delivery made in Buenos Aires.

For your own order, look for clear practical answers: what is included, where the flowers can be handed over and what happens if a substitution is needed. Keep the approved details and contact us if the delivered bouquet differs materially from what was agreed.

For an international order, the small updates mattered: photo before delivery, clear timing and no silence after payment. The bouquet arrived in Üsküdar in good condition.

The first suggested version felt a little too formal, so I asked for a lighter look. They adjusted it quickly, sent a new photo and delivered to a restaurant on time.

The delivery point in Şişli was not a private home, so details mattered. They checked the desk name, recipient spelling and time, then sent a short confirmation after handoff.

I liked that the manager did not push the most expensive option. We agreed on a softer color palette, and the bouquet delivered to Kadıköy looked close to the reference.

The order was placed quite late, so I expected fewer options. They were clear about what was available that day and still put together a fresh bouquet for Beyoğlu.

Payment and confirmation were my main concern because I was ordering remotely. After payment, they stayed in touch, sent the bouquet photo and then confirmed delivery in a restaurant.

One flower from my first choice was not available in good condition. They explained the replacement, sent a photo before delivery to Şişli, and the final bouquet still looked balanced.

The bouquet was for a birthday in Kadıköy, and I only had a rough delivery window. They helped choose a fresh arrangement, kept the wrapping simple and confirmed when the courier left.

I ordered from another country and needed delivery to Beyoğlu. The team checked the recipient name, card text and timing before preparing the bouquet. The photo before dispatch made the whole process much calmer.

Send a gesture that feels close

A bouquet sent from another country can still feel unmistakably yours. The useful starting point is a detail you would notice in person: the colour they wear, the flowers on their kitchen table, or the way they prefer a quiet birthday to a large celebration. That detail gives the florist more direction than asking for something impressive.

For flower delivery in Buenos Aires, choose the gift around the recipient’s day. Flowers arriving before a family meal have a different job from flowers waiting after a long week at work. Both can be thoughtful without being extravagant.

Bouquet 11 Red Roses with Eucalyptus “Scarlet Whisper” Buenos Aires

Choose the shape before counting stems

A broad cluster of small blooms can look fuller than a handful of very large flowers. Tall stems create another impression again. Compare the outline and the space between flowers in the photographs, then check the stated composition and dimensions.

If you want a clear starting point, rose bouquets make colour and flower count easy to compare. A mixed arrangement gives more room for contrasting textures, while a compact bouquet is often easier to place on a desk or bedside table.

Bouquet 3 White Peonies 15 Chamomiles “River Plate Hush” Buenos Aires

An apartment number matters as much as a neighbourhood

CABA addresses need more than a familiar neighbourhood name. For an apartment in Recoleta or a building in Palermo, include the street number, floor, apartment and the name used at the entrance. The person receiving may not share the surname on the doorbell.

A concierge can be helpful, but acceptance should be agreed. If the gift must reach the recipient personally, say so before dispatch rather than assuming that leaving it at reception completes the surprise.

Arrangement 21 Chamomile 15 Dianthus 3 Roses “Bosporus Whisper” Buenos Aires

A summer celebration needs a place for the flowers

Christmas, New Year and Valentine’s Day fall in the warmer part of the year here. A bouquet should not spend the afternoon in a parked car or on a sunny balcony while everyone waits for dinner.

Arrange the handover close to a time when someone can put the flowers indoors and provide water. For a gathering, a low arrangement can leave room for food and conversation. The arrangements collection helps compare shapes intended for display.

Arrangement 9 Chrysanthemum 5 Pink Eustoma 7 Spray Rose “Bosporus Veil” Buenos Aires

The card can carry the part that distance cannot

A short, specific message usually says more than a formal paragraph. Mention what you are celebrating, something you appreciate, or what you would say if you were there. Keep private details off a card that might be opened at an office.

Send the final wording in the language you want printed. Spanish names and accents deserve the same attention as the flower colour. If you request help with wording, approve the finished version before the card is prepared.

Bouquet 21 Pink Spray Roses “River Plate Whisper” Buenos Aires

Give a hotel a name it can recognise

For a guest staying in the city, use the name on the reservation and check the dates of the stay. A room number may change, and some hotels have rules about receiving gifts before check in.

A smaller bouquet or a contained arrangement can be more practical than long stems when the room has no suitable vase. Coordinate through reception only when the hotel allows it, and avoid arranging delivery immediately before the guest leaves.

Bouquet 61 Pink French Roses Basket “River Plate Whisper” Buenos Aires

Spend on the part they will notice

There is no need to increase the stem count to make an order personal. A well chosen colour, a coherent outline and a message that sounds like you can make a restrained bouquet feel complete.

The affordable selection is useful when you have a firm budget. Compare the bouquet together with the delivery charge and any selected extras. This version displays Argentine peso prices; your card provider handles conversion if your account uses another currency.

Bouquet 11 Pink Peonies “River Plate Whisper” Buenos Aires

Dates do not always travel with the sender

Argentina celebrates Mother’s Day in October. If you live abroad, the date on your own calendar may be different from the one your mum observes here. A family can also keep more than one tradition, so the recipient’s preference matters more than a presumed rule.

For birthdays and anniversaries, confirm the local day and a sensible receiving window. A greeting sent near midnight in your time zone can belong to a different part of the day at the destination.

Bouquet 5 White Peonies “Silent Whispers” in Buenos Aires

A recurring gift can have a quieter rhythm

Some flowers are meant to brighten ordinary weeks rather than mark a single occasion. A flower subscription can work for a home desk, a shared living room or someone who enjoys choosing a fresh spot for flowers.

Agree the dates and size with the recipient’s routine in mind. The subscription offers here each cover five bouquets, with the saving shown for the selected size. Repeated deliveries still need a person available to receive them.

Bouquet 1 White Rose 3 Calla 5 Eustoma “Bosporus Whisper” Buenos Aires

Keep the delivery promise specific

The published areas cover the autonomous city, not the entire metropolitan region. An address outside CABA needs its own route agreement, even when the sender describes it simply as Buenos Aires.

Use the delivery area details to check the district, daytime or night tariff and route estimate. Then add any access instructions that could affect the handover. A clear address and an appropriate bouquet are a stronger beginning than an urgent promise built on missing information.
