Can I choose colours without knowing the flower names?

Send an example of a palette and mention any flowers or scents the recipient prefers to avoid. We can work from those preferences and agree the available composition. Significant substitutions are discussed with you rather than treated as invisible changes.

Do you deliver outside central Chiang Mai?

The table includes selected urban areas as well as the central neighbourhoods. Entries for Suthep, Chang Phueak, Pa Daet and similar areas refer to their urban parts. The offer does not extend automatically across the province or into mountain destinations; we confirm the full address first.

What information is needed for a condominium handover?

Provide the building name, street address, tower or block, unit number and recipient's telephone number. Tell us whether reception may accept the flowers and which entrance the courier should use. Arrange access in advance if the compound is gated.

How much notice helps when I have a specific design in mind?

Allow 24-48 hours where possible, or longer for a particular variety or detailed arrangement. Bouquets are made individually on the delivery day, and supplies arrive every two days. We confirm the available flowers during the order discussion.

Is an order for today or a late return home possible?

We are available 24/7. Same-day orders depend on flower availability and the preparation and courier schedule. Express preparation with delivery starts from 45 minutes; more distant addresses take longer. Night prices are shown separately, and a chosen handover time may vary by about 15-20 minutes.

When will I see the flowers I am paying for?

We photograph the finished bouquet before payment. This lets you review the actual colours, shape and arrangement. Natural variation and the stage of opening can differ from a catalogue image, so identify the detail that matters most when placing the order.

Can I arrange everything while abroad?

Yes. Send the recipient's details and leave a contact channel you can check. Prices on this site are in THB, and the agreed total covers the selected flowers, delivery and any additions. A trusted backup contact can help if you expect to be offline.

Could you include my own note and a useful extra?

Provide the final card wording and signature exactly as intended. A suitable vase or another addition can be discussed, with availability and price confirmed before inclusion. Changes are easier before dispatch and may involve extra costs afterwards.

How do you keep a surprise organised?

Agree who can accept the flowers, how the courier can reach them and which information may be shared. We send order, preparation and handover updates through the chosen channel. A photograph with the recipient requires their consent; priority handling can be discussed for a particular occasion.

Can I collect an order or get help after receipt?

Ask for a confirmed pickup place and time before travelling; general network contact details are not local collection instructions. If you have a concern after delivery, send the order number, photographs and a short description so we can review it with you.
