Related policies
Delivery terms work together with the return policy, contact details and public offer.
Check delivery to an address in Chiang Mai
Send the recipient address in Chiang Mai and preferred delivery time.
Use the building details that help a real handover
A Chiang Mai condominium address should include the building name, tower or block where relevant, unit number and a usable recipient contact. Add the correct entrance and any agreed reception arrangement. A map pin helps with location, but it does not identify the person who may accept the flowers.
For a house or a less obvious entrance, include a clear address description and a contact who can guide the final approach. Avoid relying only on a familiar landmark that may be some distance from the actual destination.
The listed coverage refers to selected urban addresses
The delivery table includes Si Phum, Phra Sing, Hai Ya, Chang Moi, Chang Khlan and Wat Ket, with selected urban areas of Chang Phueak, Suthep, Fa Ham, Pa Tan, Pa Daet and Nong Hoi. Entries describing an urban area do not promise service to every address associated with the wider name.
Mountain destinations and the rest of the province are not included automatically. If the address falls outside the listed coverage or is difficult to identify, confirm the possibility and terms before building the order around a particular time.
Read the row for the actual destination
Day and night prices differ by zone. For example, the saved daytime tariff is 160 THB for Si Phum and 260 THB for the listed urban part of Pa Daet. The night conditions and time ranges are shown separately in the table. Use the correct row rather than the lowest price elsewhere on the page.
The listed time range is part of the address-based offer, not a substitute for confirming your particular order. Flower availability, preparation and access details still need to be agreed. Several addresses or separate stops should be discussed as such.
Reception can be useful when it is agreed
For accommodation, provide the name used for the booking and the receiving contact. For an office, include the organisation and the point where personal deliveries are allowed. Delivery to a reception desk and delivery to a room are different arrangements.
Ask whether reception or another person may accept the flowers, and arrange prompt collection where needed. A surprise should not depend on leaving the bouquet with someone who has no agreed role in receiving it.
Choose a local date and a reachable contact
When ordering from another country, state the receiving date explicitly and agree the time in Chiang Mai. Words such as 'tomorrow evening' can be ambiguous across time zones. A clear date and period avoid that problem.
If you expect to be offline, identify a suitable backup contact and record the important preferences before dispatch. Keep the card wording separate from the courier instructions so that neither is mistaken for the other.
Choose the flower format around the remaining journey
A gift sent directly home can be selected for its display place. A bouquet received at work or during a visit may still need to be carried elsewhere. Think about that second journey before choosing a very wide or heavy design.
The catalogue offers bouquets and supported formats. Compare boxed flowers or arrangements if the recipient has no vase, checking the actual construction and care directions. Confirm the receiving plan together with the final flower choice.
