Flowers Place Reviews in Buenos Aires
Our network reviews describe real orders from the places shown with each review. A review from another city is not presented as a delivery made in Buenos Aires.
For your own order, look for clear practical answers: what is included, where the flowers can be handed over and what happens if a substitution is needed. Keep the approved details and contact us if the delivered bouquet differs materially from what was agreed.

Olivia
For an international order, the small updates mattered: photo before delivery, clear timing and no silence after payment. The bouquet arrived in Üsküdar in good condition.
James R.
The first suggested version felt a little too formal, so I asked for a lighter look. They adjusted it quickly, sent a new photo and delivered to a restaurant on time.
Mira
I wanted a bouquet that looked personal but not too dramatic. The final arrangement was clean, fresh and appropriate for the occasion in an Istanbul hotel.
Daniel
The delivery point in Şişli was not a private home, so details mattered. They checked the desk name, recipient spelling and time, then sent a short confirmation after handoff.
Sofia
I liked that the manager did not push the most expensive option. We agreed on a softer color palette, and the bouquet delivered to Kadıköy looked close to the reference.
Oliver
The order was placed quite late, so I expected fewer options. They were clear about what was available that day and still put together a fresh bouquet for Beyoğlu.
Elena
I asked for a medium-size bouquet, not something oversized. The florist kept it tasteful, checked the address in Üsküdar and delivered it in the agreed window.
Nicolas
Payment and confirmation were my main concern because I was ordering remotely. After payment, they stayed in touch, sent the bouquet photo and then confirmed delivery in a restaurant.
Anna
I needed flowers delivered to a hotel reception in an Istanbul hotel without calling the recipient in advance. The handoff was handled neatly, and the card message was included exactly as sent.
Maya K.
One flower from my first choice was not available in good condition. They explained the replacement, sent a photo before delivery to Şişli, and the final bouquet still looked balanced.
David
The bouquet was for a birthday in Kadıköy, and I only had a rough delivery window. They helped choose a fresh arrangement, kept the wrapping simple and confirmed when the courier left.
Layla
I ordered from another country and needed delivery to Beyoğlu. The team checked the recipient name, card text and timing before preparing the bouquet. The photo before dispatch made the whole process much calmer.
What concerns you when ordering? FAQ Buenos Aires
Can I send flowers to Buenos Aires while I am abroad?
Yes. Choose the bouquet and provide the recipient’s address in CABA, their phone number and the message for the card. We accept cards issued in different countries. Prices on this version are in Argentine pesos; your bank may apply its own conversion when your card uses another currency.
Does this site cover the whole Buenos Aires metropolitan area?
The published delivery zones cover CABA, the autonomous city. They include central neighbourhoods and areas such as Palermo, Belgrano, Núñez and Villa Urquiza. An address in the surrounding metropolitan area needs a separate route agreement; it is not included merely because its address says Buenos Aires.
What information do you need for an apartment delivery?
Please give the street name and number, floor, apartment and the name used at the entrance or reception. A local phone number helps when a building has no concierge or access changes during the day. We agree who can receive the flowers rather than leaving them outside an unattended entrance.
How much does delivery cost?
Daytime delivery starts at ARS 6,000 for San Nicolás and Monserrat. The published rate varies by area, reaching ARS 11,000 for Núñez and Villa Urquiza. Night rates are separate. The order’s delivery charge and any applicable free delivery threshold are shown or confirmed before you pay.
How long should I allow for the courier?
The listed daytime estimates range from 45–90 minutes in the central zones to 80–150 minutes for the furthest listed routes. These are route estimates, not a promise that an unprepared bouquet will arrive within that interval. Assembly, availability, traffic and access to the address are considered when the delivery window is agreed.
Can you deliver during the night?
Night delivery is available by arrangement and has its own district tariff. Please confirm the recipient can receive the bouquet and that the building or hotel allows the handover at that hour. We agree the timing before dispatch, especially for a surprise.
Can I choose a precise minute for delivery?
You can request a time, but a delivery window is usually more realistic than an exact minute. For a restaurant booking, work event or departure, tell us the deadline when placing the order. We will check whether the route and handover make that deadline workable.
Will a hotel accept flowers for a guest?
That depends on the hotel’s policy and the guest’s stay. Give the booking name, hotel address and arrival or departure date. We can arrange a handover through reception when the hotel permits it; a room number alone does not confirm that staff may accept the gift.
What if I do not know which flowers the recipient likes?
Start with what you do know: a favourite colour, a relaxed or formal occasion, and where the flowers will be displayed. A compact mixed bouquet can be easier to place than a very tall arrangement. Mention strong fragrance preferences and pets before choosing the flowers.
Will the bouquet be identical to the catalogue photograph?
The photograph shows the intended composition and style. Natural flowers vary in shape and opening stage, and availability can change. If a requested flower or colour needs a meaningful substitution, the alternative should be agreed with you rather than silently changing the character of the bouquet.
Can I see the finished flowers before they leave?
Ask for a photograph when you place the order so that this is included in the preparation. It is useful for checking the palette, overall shape and card details. Allow time to review the picture before the agreed dispatch window.
Can you include a message in Spanish?
Yes. Send the exact wording and the name you would like on the card, including accents. You may also send a message in another language. If you want help with Spanish wording, ask before preparation and approve the final text so that the meaning stays yours.
Can the sender remain a surprise?
You may leave your name off the card, but we still need your contact details to manage the order. Tell us whether the recipient may be contacted in advance and what we can say. A surprise should not depend on the courier being unable to reach anyone at the address.
What happens if the recipient is unavailable?
We first use the contact and handover instructions agreed for the order. Receiving by a concierge, colleague or relative needs permission. If no authorised person is available, we contact you to arrange the next step; a second journey may change the timing and cost.
Can I change the bouquet or address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible and include the order reference. Changes depend on whether the flowers have been prepared or the courier has left. A new address may involve another delivery zone, so any difference in price or time should be agreed before the change is made.
How does the flower subscription work?
The filled subscription options each cover five bouquets. The three size offers retain savings of 13%, 15% and 20% respectively. Choose the size on the subscription page, then agree the delivery dates and address details. The offer concerns repeated bouquets, not five stems or five different recipients by default.
What should I do if there is a problem with the delivered bouquet?
Contact us promptly with the order reference and photographs showing the problem and the whole bouquet. Explain whether the issue concerns condition, composition or delivery. We will review it against the agreed order and discuss the appropriate remedy, without treating normal differences between individual blooms as permission for an unrelated arrangement.

An extra gift should have a reason to be there
A flower set works when its parts make sense together. A favourite sweet can add a personal detail; an unwanted extra simply makes the parcel larger. Start with the bouquet, then decide whether another item improves the gift.
Read the actual composition and included items. A photograph can show a styled suggestion, so the final order should clearly identify what will be supplied.
Food needs a little more attention
If you choose sweets, cake or fruit, mention allergies and dietary preferences before confirming the set. Do not infer ingredients from the packaging colour or assume that an item is suitable for every recipient.
For a birthday gift, a card and flowers may already complete the gesture if the person has their own celebration planned. An extra cake is not always helpful.
Summer affects how the parts travel together
In Buenos Aires, December and February gifts may involve warm conditions. Flowers and edible extras should not be left in a parked car or outside an unattended building while the recipient is unavailable.
Arrange a receiving window when the gift can be brought indoors promptly. If a chosen item needs special storage, make sure the recipient can provide it before adding it to the order.
Keep the message from getting lost
A set can contain several objects, but the reason for sending it should remain clear. A short card can connect the flowers and the extra gift to a specific memory or occasion.
For a quieter presentation, compare small rose bouquets and add only what the recipient will enjoy. More pieces do not automatically make the order more thoughtful.
