Mila
For an international order, the small updates mattered: photo before delivery, clear timing and no silence after payment. The bouquet arrived at the hotel reception in good condition.
Tom
The first suggested version felt a little too formal, so I asked for a lighter look. They adjusted it quickly, sent a new photo and delivered to a Bali villa on time.
Eva
I wanted a bouquet that looked personal but not too dramatic. The final arrangement was clean, fresh and appropriate for the occasion in Nusa Dua.
Victor S.
The delivery point in Ubud was not a private home, so details mattered. They checked the desk name, recipient spelling and time, then sent a short confirmation after handoff.
Nina
I liked that the manager did not push the most expensive option. We agreed on a softer color palette, and the bouquet delivered to Seminyak looked close to the reference.
Diana M.
The order was placed quite late, so I expected fewer options. They were clear about what was available that day and still put together a fresh bouquet for Canggu.
Chris
I asked for a bouquet of medium size, not something oversized. The florist kept it tasteful, checked the address at the hotel reception and delivered it in the agreed window.
Laura
Payment and confirmation were my main concern because I was ordering remotely. After payment, they stayed in touch, sent the bouquet photo and then confirmed delivery in a Bali villa.
Anton
I needed flowers delivered to a hotel reception in Nusa Dua without calling the recipient in advance. The handoff was handled neatly, and the card message was included exactly as sent.
Emily
One flower from my first choice was not available in good condition. They explained the replacement, sent a photo before delivery to Ubud, and the final bouquet still looked balanced.
Ryan
The bouquet was for a birthday in Seminyak, and I only had a rough delivery window. They helped choose a fresh arrangement, kept the wrapping simple and confirmed when the courier left.
Marta
I ordered from another country and needed delivery to Canggu. The team checked the recipient name, card text and timing before preparing the bouquet. The photo before dispatch made the whole process much calmer.
What concerns you when ordering? FAQ Bali
Which parts of Bali can you deliver to?
Our Denpasar studio coordinates deliveries across Bali, including Seminyak, Ubud and Nusa Dua. We confirm the route and timing for the recipient’s address. The delivery page provides area rates; discuss a remote location before confirming the order.
Can I see the bouquet before paying?
Payment after a photograph of the completed bouquet or upon delivery is available. Cash payment can be made in Indonesian rupiah or new US dollar notes; agree the arrangement with the manager for your order. You can also read about the team and customer experiences on our About Us page.
How are the flowers prepared?
We receive flowers every two days from local and import suppliers and make each bouquet on its delivery day. After handover, the arrangement’s condition also depends on its composition, water and where it is displayed. Ask for the care instructions for the chosen format.
Is express delivery or a requested time possible?
Yes. When florists are available, preparation and dispatch may be possible in as little as 45 minutes. Confirm the arrival arrangements separately for the address. Traffic and weather can affect timing, and we keep you informed of changes.
Will the bouquet match the reference photo?
Handmade bouquets can differ slightly in shades and flower varieties according to availability. We preserve the agreed overall style and balance. Before delivery, we send a photograph of the finished bouquet for your approval.
How do I follow the progress of my order?
We send updates from confirmation and preparation through to delivery, including photographs when the bouquet is ready. A photograph of the handover can be requested separately. Give the manager your order number when asking for an update.
Can flowers be delivered at night?
Yes, nighttime delivery is available and orders are accepted around the clock. The confirmed time and rate depend on the location and schedule. Discuss a late arrival with the team before relying on the preferred interval.
Can I order flowers together with another gift?
Select a bouquet and provide your contact, address and requested delivery time. The manager confirms the details. Champagne, fruit, chocolates, a soft toy or a card can be added; agree the exact item, contents and price as part of the order.
Can you work from my own photograph or idea?
Yes. Send a picture or description with your budget and the details you want to keep. The florist will propose a version using flowers available on Bali. Wrapping, accessories and a personal note can also be discussed before preparation.
Can I make changes after placing the order?
Changes to colour, flower choice, wrapping or size can be made without an adjustment fee before handover to the courier. Confirm the revised contents and total with the manager. Once delivery has started, any change needs a separate agreement. Use our contact page to reach the team promptly.
What happens if I have a concern about the order?
Contact us with the order details, an explanation and photographs where possible. We review each case individually; a replacement, partial refund or another resolution may be offered according to the circumstances. See the returns policy for the process.
How far ahead should I place an order?
We recommend 24–48 hours before the flowers are needed, allowing time for selection, preparation and route planning. Requests for the same day are also welcome. We check availability and suggest the nearest suitable interval if the preferred one cannot be met.

Tell us what you want the flowers to look like, when they are needed and your budget. A reference photograph is welcome, especially if one colour or flower matters most.
Sending to a villa or hotel? Include its full name, the actual address and the receiving arrangements. State your preferred date and time on Bali.
For an existing order, quote its number and explain what you need to change or check. The team can then confirm the options at the current preparation stage.
Ruffled petals can carry a whole colour scheme
Dianthus used in bouquets is commonly known as carnation. Its closely gathered, ruffled petals give the flower a textured surface. In a group of similar shades, small changes between those edges can be more noticeable than the outline of any one stem.
In the Bali collection you can compare pink dianthus designs and combinations with other flowers. Decide whether you want a predominantly carnation bouquet or a mixed composition where the ruffled flowers contribute part of the texture. The proportions matter as much as the list of ingredients.
A pale palette can remain detailed without adding extra colours. A brighter carnation can also become a distinct accent. Choose the direction around the recipient’s taste instead of assuming this flower must always be presented in the same style.
Dense flower heads beside lighter lines
A close arrangement of carnations produces an even, rounded surface. Giving individual stems more room makes their outlines clearer. If the reference has a very full appearance, check whether that comes from the flowers, added foliage or the width of the wrapping.
For a mixed bouquet, pair the dense petal texture with a different line rather than simply adding more similar shapes. The eustoma selection shows a branching form that can be compared with the more gathered carnation head. Agree the actual combination and availability before preparation.
Choose the position before fixing the proportions
For a desk or a bedside surface, a manageable outline leaves room for daily use. For a gift presented at a gathering, the flowers may need a place to stand during the event. Give those practical details to the team alongside the visual reference.
A good indoor position includes what stands nearby
Carnations are sensitive to ethylene, so keep them away from ripening fruit. Choose a position protected from direct sun, heat and draughts. At a Bali hotel or villa, a quiet indoor surface with easy access for care is useful after the first presentation.
Use a clean vase and recut the stems with a clean tool. Remove foliage below the waterline and follow the directions on supplied flower food. Check the water and add more as needed rather than waiting for the bouquet to look dry.
For flowers arranged in a fixed base, ask for instructions for that construction. A bouquet containing dry decorative elements may need more than one kind of handling. Keep those details clear when the gift is accepted so the recipient can care for the living flowers without disturbing the design.
