Which parts of Bali can you deliver to?

Can I see the bouquet before paying?
Payment after a photograph of the completed bouquet or upon delivery is available. Cash payment can be made in Indonesian rupiah or new US dollar notes; agree the arrangement with the manager for your order. You can also read about the team and customer experiences on our About Us page.
How are the flowers prepared?
We receive flowers every two days from local and import suppliers and make each bouquet on its delivery day. After handover, the arrangement’s condition also depends on its composition, water and where it is displayed. Ask for the care instructions for the chosen format.
Is express delivery or a requested time possible?
Yes. When florists are available, preparation and dispatch may be possible in as little as 45 minutes. Confirm the arrival arrangements separately for the address. Traffic and weather can affect timing, and we keep you informed of changes.
Will the bouquet match the reference photo?
Handmade bouquets can differ slightly in shades and flower varieties according to availability. We preserve the agreed overall style and balance. Before delivery, we send a photograph of the finished bouquet for your approval.
How do I follow the progress of my order?
We send updates from confirmation and preparation through to delivery, including photographs when the bouquet is ready. A photograph of the handover can be requested separately. Give the manager your order number when asking for an update.
Can flowers be delivered at night?
Yes, nighttime delivery is available and orders are accepted around the clock. The confirmed time and rate depend on the location and schedule. Discuss a late arrival with the team before relying on the preferred interval.
Can I order flowers together with another gift?
Select a bouquet and provide your contact, address and requested delivery time. The manager confirms the details. Champagne, fruit, chocolates, a soft toy or a card can be added; agree the exact item, contents and price as part of the order.
Can you work from my own photograph or idea?
Yes. Send a picture or description with your budget and the details you want to keep. The florist will propose a version using flowers available on Bali. Wrapping, accessories and a personal note can also be discussed before preparation.
Can I make changes after placing the order?
Changes to colour, flower choice, wrapping or size can be made without an adjustment fee before handover to the courier. Confirm the revised contents and total with the manager. Once delivery has started, any change needs a separate agreement. Use our contact page to reach the team promptly.
What happens if I have a concern about the order?
Contact us with the order details, an explanation and photographs where possible. We review each case individually; a replacement, partial refund or another resolution may be offered according to the circumstances. See the returns policy for the process.
How far ahead should I place an order?
We recommend 24–48 hours before the flowers are needed, allowing time for selection, preparation and route planning. Requests for the same day are also welcome. We check availability and suggest the nearest suitable interval if the preferred one cannot be met.

Several flowers and a pattern worth seeing close up
Alstroemeria carries clusters of flowers along the upper part of its stems. The petals often show markings, streaks or contrasting patches, so a bouquet can contain considerable detail without adding a second flower type. A closer image helps when that pattern is part of the appeal.
The Bali selection includes bouquets centred on alstroemeria, including pink and white combinations. Choose whether you want a gentle overall colour or a more noticeable mix. Available shades should be agreed for the date rather than assumed from a reference image.
Compare the spread of the branches as well as the stem count. A loose arrangement shows individual flowers clearly; bringing the stems closer produces a denser surface. If the bouquet is for a particular vase, describe its height and opening so the proportions can be considered.
Let the recipient’s preferences set the occasion
A favourite colour, a thank you for hosting or a simple wish to brighten an ordinary day gives the gift a clear reason. There is no need to attach a fixed meaning to every shade. A personal card can say what you want the flowers to accompany.
From the handover to a place in the room
For a delivery to accommodation in Bali, check that the flowers can be received and placed in water. Alstroemeria branches need room around the upper flowers, even if the lower stems fit neatly in the hand. Avoid forcing them into a container that presses the blooms together.
Use a clean vase, remove leaves below the waterline and recut the stems with a clean tool. Follow the supplied flower food instructions and check the water regularly. Position the vase away from direct sun, heat and ripening fruit.
If you prefer a mixed design, decide how prominent the alstroemeria should be. It can carry much of the colour or sit between larger flowers. The mixed arrangement collection provides a way to compare those different proportions.
Keep the finishing materials in balance with the flowers. A narrow ribbon leaves more of the stem structure visible, while paper gives a defined border. When you like the petal markings, leave enough space around the flower heads for the recipient to see them.
