How will I receive order updates?
You receive updates when the order is confirmed, while it is being prepared and when it is delivered. We also send a photograph of the finished bouquet. A photo with the recipient can be requested, but will only be taken with their consent.
Can you deliver at night?
Yes, we accept and fulfil orders around the clock. Nighttime prices and timing can differ, so we confirm them before delivery. The delivery page shows the rates for each area. Priority handling for special requests is described under VIP service.
How do I order flowers and extra gifts?
Choose a bouquet, add it to the cart and provide your contact details and delivery address. Our manager will contact you to confirm the order. Champagne, fruit, chocolates, soft toys or a card can be discussed as additions; agree the items and total price before confirming.

Look for the petal form you actually like
The term peony rose describes a resemblance, not a single variety. Some roses form a deep cup; others open into a broad rosette with many visible folds. A close photograph of the flower you prefer gives the florist a more useful reference than the category name alone.
Colour can move from a light outer edge to a warmer centre. That transition adds depth even in a bouquet using one variety. Natural flowers may vary, so a coordinated palette need not mean every head is identical.
Fragrance is a separate characteristic. A densely petalled rose is not automatically strongly scented. If the bouquet will be close to a bed or dining place, discuss the recipient’s preference and the specific flowers available for the order.

Leave room for the flowers to show their shape

The stage of opening changes the visible volume. If the flowers are intended for a photograph or a presentation at a set time, describe the appearance you need when discussing the order. A closed bud cannot be expected to follow an exact schedule.
After handover, choose a stable vase and avoid pressing the flower heads against wrapping, a wall or neighbouring objects. Use clean water with flower food as instructed, recut the stems with a clean tool and remove submerged foliage. Do not pull the petals apart to imitate a fully open reference.
For a room or villa, consider where the bouquet will be viewed closely. A moderate arrangement on a clear side table may reveal the flower’s detail better than a much larger one in a crowded corner. Scale should support the petal form you chose, rather than obscure it.
