We receive fresh supplies several times a week and make each bouquet to order on the day of delivery. Once it arrives, fresh water and a suitable place away from direct sun help keep the flowers in good condition.
Can I request urgent delivery or a particular time?
Assembly and delivery can take as little as 45 minutes when our florists are available. We agree your requested timing in advance. Island traffic may cause a delay of up to 20 minutes, and we keep you informed about the delivery status.
Will my bouquet match the website photo?
Natural shades and individual flowers may vary with seasonal availability. We preserve the arrangement’s style and send a photograph of your finished bouquet for approval before it leaves.
How will I receive order updates?
You receive updates when the order is confirmed, while it is being prepared and when it is delivered. We also send a photograph of the finished bouquet. A photo with the recipient can be requested, but will only be taken with their consent.
Can you deliver at night?
Yes, we accept and fulfil orders around the clock. Nighttime prices and timing can differ, so we confirm them before delivery. The delivery page shows the rates for each area. Priority handling for special requests is described under VIP service.
How do I order flowers and extra gifts?
Choose a bouquet, add it to the cart and provide your contact details and delivery address. Our manager will contact you to confirm the order. Champagne, fruit, chocolates, soft toys or a card can be discussed as additions; agree the items and total price before confirming.
Which parts of Phuket do you cover?
We deliver across Phuket, including Patong, Kata, Bang Tao and Nai Harn. Hotels, villas, restaurants and a meeting point at the beach can be arranged in advance. Share the full address and intended handover point so we can confirm the correct area and timing.
Can I change my bouquet after ordering?
Before the bouquet is handed to the courier, we can adjust its colours, wrapping, size or composition. If it has already left, changes depend on what is still possible and may involve an additional charge. Use the contact page to reach us promptly.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
Message us with the order details and, where possible, photographs of the issue. We review each case individually and discuss a replacement, partial refund or another suitable resolution. The returns page explains how to submit a claim.
Can I send flowers to Phuket from another country?

A favourite colour can be enough of a reason
You may notice a flower that reminds you of someone or want to thank them for an ordinary kindness. A bouquet can mark that thought without borrowing a formal celebration. Keep the idea as simple as it actually is.
Choose a detail the person would recognise: a familiar flower, a colour they keep at home or a loose shape they enjoy. If you give flowers regularly, changing one feature can be more interesting than making every new bouquet larger.
