Flowers Place Reviews in Phuket

Andrew
For an international order, the small updates mattered: photo before delivery, clear timing and no silence after payment. The bouquet arrived in a villa near the beach in good condition.
Sofia
The first suggested version felt a little too formal, so I asked for a lighter look. They adjusted it quickly, sent a new photo and delivered to a Phuket hotel on time.
Mark
I wanted a bouquet that looked personal but not too dramatic. The final arrangement was clean, fresh and appropriate for the occasion in Bang Tao.
Lisa
The delivery point in Karon was not a private home, so details mattered. They checked the desk name, recipient spelling and time, then sent a short confirmation after handoff.
Emma
I liked that the manager did not push the most expensive option. We agreed on a softer color palette, and the bouquet delivered to Kata looked close to the reference.
George
The order was placed quite late, so I expected fewer options. They were clear about what was available that day and still put together a fresh bouquet for Patong.
Kate
I asked for a bouquet of a medium size, not something oversized. The florist kept it tasteful, checked the address in a villa near the beach and delivered it in the agreed window.
Nora
Payment and confirmation were my main concern because I was ordering remotely. After payment, they stayed in touch, sent the bouquet photo and then confirmed delivery in a Phuket hotel.
Sam
I needed flowers delivered to a hotel reception in Bang Tao without calling the recipient in advance. The handoff was handled neatly, and the card message was included exactly as sent.
Helen
One flower from my first choice was not available in good condition. They explained the replacement, sent a photo before delivery to Karon, and the final bouquet still looked balanced.
Alex
The bouquet was for a birthday in Kata, and I only had a rough delivery window. They helped choose a fresh arrangement, kept the wrapping simple and confirmed when the courier left.
Olivia
I ordered from another country and needed delivery to Patong. The team checked the recipient name, card text and timing before preparing the bouquet. The photo before dispatch made the whole process much calmer.
What concerns you when ordering? FAQ Phuket
Where are you located in Phuket?
Our address is 184/2 Phisit Karuniyut Road, Patong, Kathu, Phuket. If you plan to collect flowers, arrange a collection time and confirm that the bouquet will be ready.
How can I check your service before ordering?
We send a photograph of the finished bouquet before payment. You can pay after seeing it or in cash on delivery in THB or USD. Read about the team and see customer feedback on our about us page.
Are the flowers fresh?
We receive fresh supplies several times a week and make each bouquet to order on the day of delivery. Once it arrives, fresh water and a suitable place away from direct sun help keep the flowers in good condition.
Can I request urgent delivery or a particular time?
Assembly and delivery can take as little as 45 minutes when our florists are available. We agree your requested timing in advance. Island traffic may cause a delay of up to 20 minutes, and we keep you informed about the delivery status.
Will my bouquet match the website photo?
Natural shades and individual flowers may vary with seasonal availability. We preserve the arrangement’s style and send a photograph of your finished bouquet for approval before it leaves.
How will I receive order updates?
You receive updates when the order is confirmed, while it is being prepared and when it is delivered. We also send a photograph of the finished bouquet. A photo with the recipient can be requested, but will only be taken with their consent.
Can you deliver at night?
Yes, we accept and fulfil orders around the clock. Nighttime prices and timing can differ, so we confirm them before delivery. The delivery page shows the rates for each area. Priority handling for special requests is described under VIP service.
How do I order flowers and extra gifts?
Choose a bouquet, add it to the cart and provide your contact details and delivery address. Our manager will contact you to confirm the order. Champagne, fruit, chocolates, soft toys or a card can be discussed as additions; agree the items and total price before confirming.
Which parts of Phuket do you cover?
We deliver across Phuket, including Patong, Kata, Bang Tao and Nai Harn. Hotels, villas, restaurants and a meeting point at the beach can be arranged in advance. Share the full address and intended handover point so we can confirm the correct area and timing.
Can I change my bouquet after ordering?
Before the bouquet is handed to the courier, we can adjust its colours, wrapping, size or composition. If it has already left, changes depend on what is still possible and may involve an additional charge. Use the contact page to reach us promptly.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
Message us with the order details and, where possible, photographs of the issue. We review each case individually and discuss a replacement, partial refund or another suitable resolution. The returns page explains how to submit a claim.
Can I send flowers to Phuket from another country?
Yes. Order online and give us the recipient’s details, delivery address and card message. We send a photograph of the finished bouquet before delivery and notify you after it has been handed over. State the requested date and time in Phuket local time.

Tell us who the flowers are for and which details matter to you. We can discuss the bouquet’s size, colours and presentation.
For a Phuket hotel delivery, include the property’s full name and the intended receiving point. We will confirm the area, timing and cost.
For help with an existing order, share its reference or the recipient’s details so the team can identify it.
Give the bouquet a clear role in the wedding
A bridal bouquet, flowers for a guest to present and a display for a table are different requests. Identify which one you need before choosing a photograph from the collection. Pale colours alone do not make every arrangement suitable to carry through a ceremony.
The selection includes dianthus, eustoma, ranunculus, hydrangeas and mixed compositions. For the bridal bouquet, consider the outline against the outfit and how the stems will sit in the hand. A compact rounded shape and a loose design with visible branches create different proportions.
Look beyond the flower heads
The grip, weight, stem length and ribbon finish affect how the bouquet moves with you. Ask to see the intended holding position. Longer ribbon tails can become part of the outline, but should still allow comfortable walking and handling.
Share the outfit colour if matching shades matters. Two whites can look noticeably different beside one another, especially when reference photographs use different lighting. Choose the relationship you want rather than relying on the word white alone.
If you like small layered flowers with a lighter outline, compare the ranunculus selection by opening stage and proportion. Its role in a mixed bouquet should be clear before you agree to a substitute.
Build the handover around the first photograph
In Phuket, the ceremony and the first use of the flowers may happen in different places or at different times. Give the time the bouquet is first needed, including any earlier portraits. Nominate someone who can receive it while the couple is getting ready.
For a beach or lawn setting, agree a sheltered waiting place with the organiser. Do not leave the bouquet in direct sun simply to have everything positioned early. A plan for a venue change should include where the flowers go and who moves them.
Keep the order scope explicit
Boutonnieres, attendants’ flowers, tables and an arch should not be assumed to come with one bouquet. List additional pieces separately and establish what can be supplied, their quantities and costs. A photograph of a complete wedding scene is not a specification for a single item.
Choose the essential features of the reference, such as a particular outline, shade or balance of flower sizes. Availability may require discussion, and matching the total number of stems does not necessarily preserve the design.
Prepare a suitable place for the bouquet after the ceremony too. A vase or the correct support for its construction lets it remain part of the celebration without being repeatedly laid down and picked up. Ask which wrapping can be removed and which part holds the bouquet together.
