Where are you based in Bangkok?

Our florist is in the Rattanakosin area of Bangkok.

How can I check who I am ordering from?

You can discuss your order with our manager and receive confirmation before it is prepared. In many cases, payment is available after a photo of the finished bouquet or upon delivery; the manager confirms the arrangement for your order. Team information and customer feedback are on our About Us page.

Are the flowers fresh?

We use fresh flowers and arrange bouquets as close to delivery as possible. We pay attention to storage temperature, hydration and handling throughout preparation and delivery.

Can I request urgent delivery or a specific time?

Yes. When our florists and couriers are available, urgent delivery may be possible in about 45 minutes. We also accept requests for a particular time. Traffic and workload affect the confirmed slot, especially during peak hours; we keep you updated if timing changes.

Will the bouquet look exactly like the website photo?

Each bouquet is made by hand, so individual stems and shades can vary. We keep the overall style, colours and presentation, and can send a photo of the finished arrangement for approval before delivery.

How can I track my order?

We send updates at the main stages: confirmation, preparation, a photo of the completed bouquet and delivery. You can request a photograph at the handover separately.

Do you deliver at night?

Yes, we work 24/7, including nighttime deliveries. Timing and fees depend on the district, distance and workload. The delivery page lists area rates; we confirm the details of a late order before preparing it.

How do I order, and can I add another gift?

Choose a bouquet, add it to your cart and enter the delivery details. Our manager will contact you to confirm the order. Chocolates, fruit, a cake, a plush toy, balloons or a card can be added; include your preferences in the notes so we can agree on the specific gift and price.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout Bangkok, including central neighbourhoods and outer areas. You can send flowers to a condo, private home, office, hotel or restaurant. For buildings with reception or controlled access, include the building name and handover instructions.

Can I change my bouquet after ordering?

Usually, colours, wrapping, size or composition can be adjusted before the bouquet goes to the courier. Once it is on the way, changes depend on what remains possible and may cost extra. Reach the team through our contact page as soon as you decide.

How do refunds and exchanges work?

Tell us about the issue as soon as possible and include photographs where you can. We review each case and may offer a replacement, partial refund or another agreed resolution. See the returns page for the procedure.

Can I send flowers while I am abroad?
