We use fresh flowers and arrange bouquets as close to delivery as possible. We pay attention to storage temperature, hydration and handling throughout preparation and delivery.
Can I request urgent delivery or a specific time?
Yes. When our florists and couriers are available, urgent delivery may be possible in about 45 minutes. We also accept requests for a particular time. Traffic and workload affect the confirmed slot, especially during peak hours; we keep you updated if timing changes.
Will the bouquet look exactly like the website photo?

How do I order, and can I add another gift?
Choose a bouquet, add it to your cart and enter the delivery details. Our manager will contact you to confirm the order. Chocolates, fruit, a cake, a plush toy, balloons or a card can be added; include your preferences in the notes so we can agree on the specific gift and price.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Bangkok, including central neighbourhoods and outer areas. You can send flowers to a condo, private home, office, hotel or restaurant. For buildings with reception or controlled access, include the building name and handover instructions.
Can I change my bouquet after ordering?
Usually, colours, wrapping, size or composition can be adjusted before the bouquet goes to the courier. Once it is on the way, changes depend on what remains possible and may cost extra. Reach the team through our contact page as soon as you decide.
How do refunds and exchanges work?
Tell us about the issue as soon as possible and include photographs where you can. We review each case and may offer a replacement, partial refund or another agreed resolution. See the returns page for the procedure.
Can I send flowers while I am abroad?

Look at each part of the combination
This selection includes mixed flower designs and arrangements combined with gifts such as fruit, chocolate strawberries or a soft toy. Check the particular composition before choosing. The word “combo” does not by itself tell you how many items you will receive.
Decide what the recipient will enjoy most. If the flowers are the main gift, choose their shape and colours first, then assess whether an extra item adds something useful. If you are choosing a combination for several people to share, the contents need a different sort of attention.
Ask which items are included, their quantities and whether they arrive together in one container or as separate pieces. An image may show a presentation that needs clarification before the order is confirmed.
Edible additions deserve their own check
Before choosing fruit or sweets, consider the recipient's preferences and any dietary requirements they have shared. Ask about ingredients, quantity and handling instructions for the actual product. A decorative arrangement and an edible gift should not be treated as interchangeable parts of the order.
Agree a receiving time when someone can take care of both parts. If food requires particular storage, confirm those instructions before sending the gift to a Bangkok hotel or workplace. A recipient leaving immediately for another activity may find flowers on their own more convenient.
Give the flowers enough room
A basket with gifts can occupy a different amount of space from a bouquet with the same number of flowers. Check the full width and height, including packaging. A large combination also needs a practical plan for carrying it after a restaurant or office handover.
If you would prefer a purely floral gift in a container, compare flowers in baskets. For a mixed bouquet on stems, make sure the recipient will have a suitable vase. The right format depends on where the flowers will be used.
Confirm acceptable substitutions for flowers and gifts separately. A change to one part should not silently change the reason you chose the other. Once the contents, total and delivery arrangements are clear, send the final card text in one message.
