How can I check who I am ordering from?

Are the flowers fresh?
We use fresh flowers and arrange bouquets as close to delivery as possible. We pay attention to storage temperature, hydration and handling throughout preparation and delivery.
Can I request urgent delivery or a specific time?
Yes. When our florists and couriers are available, urgent delivery may be possible in about 45 minutes. We also accept requests for a particular time. Traffic and workload affect the confirmed slot, especially during peak hours; we keep you updated if timing changes.

How do I order, and can I add another gift?
Choose a bouquet, add it to your cart and enter the delivery details. Our manager will contact you to confirm the order. Chocolates, fruit, a cake, a plush toy, balloons or a card can be added; include your preferences in the notes so we can agree on the specific gift and price.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Bangkok, including central neighbourhoods and outer areas. You can send flowers to a condo, private home, office, hotel or restaurant. For buildings with reception or controlled access, include the building name and handover instructions.
Can I change my bouquet after ordering?
Usually, colours, wrapping, size or composition can be adjusted before the bouquet goes to the courier. Once it is on the way, changes depend on what remains possible and may cost extra. Reach the team through our contact page as soon as you decide.
How do refunds and exchanges work?

A composition can be chosen for a particular view
An arrangement placed against a wall does not have the same job as one in the centre of a dining table. The first may have a clear front, while the second needs to be seen from several sides. Before choosing, decide where the recipient is likely to put it and how people will approach it.
A low design can leave the view across a table open. A taller shape gives more height but also needs clearance from shelves and nearby objects. Check the full dimensions, including branches or foliage extending beyond the container.
If the flowers are intended for a known room, a photograph of the surface and its measurements can be helpful. The florist can understand the space without having to infer it from words such as large or compact.
Different flowers create different kinds of detail
A broad hydrangea head makes one kind of volume; a rose contributes a distinct layered flower; branching stems bring smaller elements into the spaces between. In a mixed composition, these differences are part of what you are choosing. The number of species is less useful on its own than seeing how their shapes work together.
If a particular large bloom is the reason you like the arrangement, make that clear when discussing the order. Replacing it with several smaller flowers may retain the colour but change the whole outline. If you mainly want the palette, there may be more room to consider an alternative composition.
A simpler flower mix can still hold your attention
A bouquet of one flower type lets the details of that flower remain prominent. A mixed arrangement offers other contrasts in petal shape and scale. Choose between them according to what you enjoy looking at, without assuming that the longer ingredient list is always the better design.
For a riverside dinner, plan the table first
Bangkok offers dinners beside the Chao Phraya, on rooftops and on river cruises. If flowers are part of your plan, check the venue’s arrangements before ordering. Ask whether it can receive a delivery, where the gift can be placed and how much space remains after the table is set.
For a river cruise, handover needs a clear meeting point before departure, with a contact who can receive the flowers. The name of the boat alone does not settle those details. Agree on the plan early enough that the flowers do not arrive after the recipient has left.
A composition with a stable base can be convenient for a table, but it must still suit the available space. Keep flowers out of direct sun while waiting, and consider who will carry them home afterwards. These details matter more than choosing an elaborate arrangement that has nowhere to stand.
The base changes both presentation and handling
Flowers in a basket and flowers in a box have different outlines, even when the flower mix is similar. The container remains part of the display after handover. Look at its proportions as well as its colour, and check whether the flowers spread well beyond its edge.
Carry a finished piece with support beneath the base, keeping it upright. Decorative handles, ribbons or lids should not be assumed to support the full weight. If you will move it between locations, arrange a stable place for transport rather than hold it by the upper flowers.
For an office gift
Consider where it will remain until the recipient leaves. A shared reception desk may have limited space, and a large arrangement may not fit the surface the recipient actually uses. Knowing the intended position allows the shape to be chosen deliberately, without treating a smaller gift as an afterthought.
Keep the arrangement intact while caring for it
The care method depends on what holds the stems. A vase with water, wet floral foam and other supports do not all need the same handling. Ask where water should be added if the base is covered by flowers or foliage.
With foam, avoid pulling stems out for routine trimming: this can disturb their contact with the moist support. Add water carefully to the base and protect the outer container and furniture from spills. With open stems in a vase, use clean water and flower food according to its instructions, refreshing the vase and cuts as needed.
Flowers in a mixed design may open and age at different rates. Remove faded elements gently, keeping the remaining structure undisturbed. A cool display spot away from direct sun, heat and strong air conditioning helps the whole arrangement, but no single lifespan applies to every flower in it.
