Yes. Please provide the settlement, full address, a map pin and a reachable recipient or host contact. A property name alone may not identify the entrance. Mention locked gates or a reception handover when placing the order.

The branch address is 348/A, Pulvaddo, Benaulim, Goa 403716, India. Delivery prices are organised by destination, with separate north and south Goa areas. Benaulim is the starting point for these introductory route estimates.

Yes. Each area has its own daytime and night rate in Indian rupees. The longer northern routes generally cost more than nearby destinations around Benaulim. Choose the actual delivery area in the table before comparing the total with your bouquet budget.

Tell us the recipient's preferred colours, any flowers to avoid, the budget and where the arrangement will sit. We can work from that brief and agree the composition. A specific flower request should be stated separately if an alternative would change the meaning of the gift.

We send a photograph before dispatch so you can see the agreed arrangement. Natural flowers can vary in shade and shape; any proposed substitution should be discussed as part of the order. Keep a contact available for approval if the delivery window is close.

Choose a window when they can receive the flowers or nominate someone who has agreed to accept them. Tell us whether a host or reception desk may take the order. Leaving flowers unattended is not a substitute for agreed handover instructions.

Yes. Send one final card text with the names you want included. Agree the wording among the senders before it is prepared, especially when a gift combines thanks and a birthday greeting. An unsigned message is also possible if you request it.

You can request a night delivery using the night column for your area. We will confirm the available window for the address and bouquet preparation. Please include access instructions; a closed gate or unavailable recipient can affect the handover.

Contact us before dispatch with the new location. A move from a nearby southern area to a northern destination can change both the charge and the time estimate. Once the courier has left, rerouting needs a separate confirmation.

Send a clear description and photographs of the arrangement and packaging soon after receiving it. We will review the issue against the agreed order and delivery circumstances. Keep the flowers and packaging available while the details are checked.

Allowing 24–48 hours is useful when the date, palette or flower choice matters. For a simpler same-day gift, send the address and preferred window first so preparation and the route can be considered together. The delivery table gives estimates, not a fixed arrival appointment.
