Recipient unavailable
If the recipient is unavailable, refuses delivery or the address is incorrect, we contact the customer and agree on handover, rescheduling or repeated delivery. Repeated delivery may be charged separately.

Begin with the address where the flowers will be received
Goa delivery is organised around selected zones in the north and south, with Benaulim as the starting point for the published area rates. The coverage is one branch service across those listed places, not a promise that every location in the state has identical conditions.
Send a complete address, a usable location and the recipient's phone number. For accommodation, add the property or booking name. A beach name alone may cover too much ground to identify the actual handover.
Nearby southern addresses and longer northern routes
Colva and Benaulim are the nearest listed group: the EN day rate is INR 250 and the night rate INR 360, with indicative intervals of 40–65 and 60–90 minutes respectively. Margao, Majorda and Betalbatim have their own rows rather than inheriting the same rate.
Northern journeys take longer. For Arambol, the listed EN rates are INR 1,310 by day and INR 1,680 at night, with indicative intervals of 180–240 and 210–275 minutes. Use the row for the destination; do not choose a cheaper nearby zone because the names look familiar.
An interval is a planning guide
The published minutes are approximate delivery intervals, not a guarantee of arrival at an exact minute. Address access, traffic and the agreed preparation and dispatch arrangements can affect the handover.
If the order is for a meal, a departure or another fixed event, provide that context before confirmation. A night rate describes the applicable tariff; it does not by itself reserve any requested late-night time.

Choose the flowers with the handover in mind
A bouquet that needs a vase suits a recipient who can place it promptly. A flower box or basket arrangement may be more convenient where a suitable vase is uncertain, although both still need care and an appropriate place indoors.
For somebody leaving for dinner soon after receiving the gift, consider a manageable size. The flower shop lets you compare formats before deciding what the recipient will need to carry or store.
Keep changes connected to the actual order
