I ordered a bouquet through this store for the first time - I was absolutely delighted! 🌸 Very convenient website, I quickly placed an order, and the manager quickly clarified all the details. The flowers arrived exactly at the specified time, fresh, fragrant and even more beautiful than in the photo. The packaging was neat, the bouquet looked simply luxurious! The recipient was delighted, and I received a lot of compliments for my choice. Thank you for the excellent service, I will definitely contact you again!

Thank you very much, I really liked the flowers. Of course, there were doubts about honesty and integrity, but I am very pleased.
What concerns you when ordering? FAQ Doha
Can several colleagues send one arrangement?
Yes. Choose one person to approve the brief and provide the final list of names for the card. Agree the budget, recipient and intended display space together. A shared gift does not need to be oversized to represent the whole team.
What details do you need for an office delivery?
Provide the building and company names, the receiver's contact and the agreed handover point. Add a floor or department where relevant. Tell us whether reception is authorised to accept the flowers; access beyond the desk follows the building's rules.
Which parts of Doha are listed for delivery?
There are 13 listed areas, including Umm Lekhba, Madinat Khalifa North and South, Al Sadd, Msheireb, selected West Bay addresses and The Pearl. Southern areas have separate rows. Lusail and the rest of Qatar are not automatically included.
Where do the published route rates start?
The branch address is Landmark Mall, Building 442, Street 380, Zone 31, Al Shamal Road, Umm Lekhba, Doha, Qatar. Introductory area rates use Umm Lekhba as their starting point. Each area has its own day and night charge in QAR.
Should I choose flowers for the desk or for home?
That depends on where the recipient will enjoy them. A desk gift should leave working space clear; a gift they will take home also needs to be manageable to carry. Mention the intended use so the shape and presentation support it.
Can the card include a message from a whole group?
Send one final message with the names and spelling you want used. Keep private contact or access information out of the card text. For a professional occasion, a specific thank-you usually reads more naturally than a long formal tribute.
How are flower substitutions handled?
State any essential flower or colour when ordering. If an alternative is needed, agree it as part of the composition rather than treating all stems as interchangeable. A photograph of the finished arrangement is sent before dispatch.
Can you deliver before a meeting or home visit?
Tell us the event time and the address before confirmation. The area intervals are planning estimates, not an exact-minute guarantee. Choose a receiving window with enough room for the handover and the recipient's own plans.
Does a flower box need a vase?
A box with a floral base is ready to place without a separate vase, but it still needs care and a stable surface. Check the arrangement's dimensions if it is meant for a shared desk, small table or journey home.
What happens if reception cannot accept the order?
Provide an authorised alternative receiver or another agreed handover arrangement in advance. A courier should not have to guess where to leave flowers. If the receiving plan changes, contact us with the order details promptly.
Are evening and night orders available?
Night rates are published for the listed areas. The available delivery window and building access must be agreed for the actual order. A night-rate entry does not confirm an unattended or unrestricted late-night handover.
What are the Doha EN catalogue incentives?
The EN catalogue uses a 5% discount and a 2% bonus setting. Check the final displayed price and the applicable order conditions. Subscription offers have their own stated savings; separate incentives are not automatically combined.

Decide what the New Year gift is meant to do
Flowers can thank a host, mark the end of a working year or bring something fresh into a home. These are different intentions. A host's gift should be easy to set aside during preparations; a team gift can recognise a specific shared effort. Choose the format after deciding which of these roles matters.
A table arrangement needs space around it
If the flowers are intended for a meal, consider plates, serving dishes and sightlines. A low, contained design may be easier to use than a tall bouquet that requires a vase. Fragrance also matters near food. Tell us when the gift is intended for a particular table rather than assuming any festive bouquet will serve as a centrepiece.
Use seasonal colour without filling every gap
One or two repeated colours can make a design feel coherent. Metallic paper or other decoration is a separate choice, not a measure of how celebratory the flowers are. Check the actual components of the selected arrangement. A quieter design may suit a home long after other party decorations have been removed.
A message from a team can recognise real work
Name a shared achievement or thank the recipient for a particular contribution. Avoid unsupported claims about a company's success or promises on behalf of people who have not agreed to them. A short, sincere message from the actual senders is easier to receive than a formal speech printed on a small card.
Plan around travel and office closures
Before choosing a date, confirm where the recipient will be and whether the building can accept the order. A delivery to an empty office is not improved by elaborate packaging. The delivery information gives the covered Doha areas; flower boxes and baskets offer prepared formats when a vase may not be immediately available.
