Check delivery to an address in Doha
Send the recipient address in Doha and preferred delivery time.
The address starts with more than a district name
For a Doha delivery, provide the street or road, building or compound name, relevant number and the apartment, villa or office details. Add the floor and an authorised reception point where needed. A recognisable landmark can help, but it should supplement a usable address rather than replace it.
Umm Lekhba is the starting point for these tariffs
The branch address is Landmark Mall, Building 442, Street 380, Zone 31, Al Shamal Road, Umm Lekhba, Doha, Qatar. The published delivery zones use this location as the basis for the starting rates. A nearby address and a route to the south of the city therefore do not carry identical conditions.
Read the zone and interval together
For Umm Lekhba, the current EN starting rate is QAR 25 by day and QAR 35 at night, with indicative intervals of 35-55 and 50-75 minutes. Al Thumama has a longer route: QAR 55 by day and QAR 70 at night, with indicative intervals of 80-115 and 100-145 minutes. These are transport guides, not a guaranteed appointment or a promise that bouquet preparation takes the same time.
The listed coverage has a boundary
The 13 saved zones include Umm Lekhba, Madinat Khalifa North and South, Al Dafna and West Bay urban addresses, Al Sadd, Fereej Bin Mahmoud, Msheireb, The Pearl residential and hotel addresses, Al Mansoura, Najma, Al Hilal, Old Airport and Al Thumama urban addresses. Lusail and the rest of Qatar are not automatically included by a general reference to Doha.
Reception instructions can prevent a failed handover
Say whether the recipient may be contacted directly, whether a named colleague can accept the flowers and where the courier is authorised to go. A building's reception service is not automatically responsible for holding a gift. Keep access information separate from the card so it is available to the person arranging delivery without becoming part of the personal message.
Choose the flowers for the first place they will wait
If a bouquet will spend time at an office before going home, consider a manageable size and whether water or a vase will be available. A selected flower box may simplify that first display. A larger basket needs a stable surface and an agreed place of receipt.
One contact should handle changes to the order
For a team gift, nominate one person to confirm the design and any address correction. If plans change, provide the updated details as early as possible rather than sending separate instructions from several contributors. Choose the flowers through the Doha catalogue once the recipient, location and useful receiving window are clear.
