Origin depends on the selected variety and current supply. We can check it for flowers where local origin is important to you. The location of our delivery service does not mean that every stem in the catalogue was grown nearby.

Make that clear when ordering and say whether any alternatives would be acceptable. Allow 24-48 hours where possible and extra time for a detailed composition. We agree significant substitutions with you. Natural shades and the degree of opening can still differ from a catalogue example.

It lists 12 street and address areas, including separate rates for the built-up part of Trai Mat and road-accessible properties near Tuyen Lam. It does not cover the whole province. Send the address in Vietnamese where available, a map pin, the entrance details and a receiving phone number so we can identify the correct area.

We send a photograph of the finished flowers before payment. They are prepared individually on the delivery day, with supplies arriving every two days. Use that photograph to review the agreed shape, palette and details. Tell us about any concern before dispatch, when adjustments are easier to arrange.

Keep an agreed contact channel available while we confirm the bouquet, delivery and any additions. Prices on this site are in VND; we confirm the total and payment arrangements before you pay. You can place the order on behalf of someone else without being at the delivery address.

Send the card message and signature exactly as you want them to appear. For several bouquets or a flower subscription, agree the number, sizes, addresses and dates first. A subscription has its own terms; choosing one bouquet does not automatically schedule later deliveries.

Only with their consent. We share order and handover updates through the agreed channel, and a photograph with the recipient can be requested without making it a condition of delivery. Let us know if the occasion calls for particular discretion.
