The recipient loves flowers. How can I choose something less predictable?
Tell us what they already buy for themselves and what they tend to avoid. A different silhouette, an unusual colour pairing or a favourite flower used on its own may be more useful than simply increasing the size. Share any examples, your budget and the occasion so we can narrow the choice.
Can the bouquet be waiting when we arrive at our accommodation?
First check that someone at the property has agreed to receive it and has a suitable place to keep it. Send the full address, booking name, arrival date and receiving contact. If you want the flowers in a room, the property's permission and access arrangements need to be confirmed; delivery does not automatically include room access.
Does the number of stems tell me how large an arrangement will look?
Not on its own. The variety, branching, opening stage and arrangement shape all affect the finished dimensions. Ask about width and height as well as stem count, particularly for a small table or a gift the recipient will carry. We can discuss these details before you commit to the order.
Are all the flowers grown in Da Lat?
Origin depends on the selected variety and current supply. We can check it for flowers where local origin is important to you. The location of our delivery service does not mean that every stem in the catalogue was grown nearby.
What if an exact colour or variety is essential?
Make that clear when ordering and say whether any alternatives would be acceptable. Allow 24-48 hours where possible and extra time for a detailed composition. We agree significant substitutions with you. Natural shades and the degree of opening can still differ from a catalogue example.
Which locations are covered by the delivery table?
It lists 12 street and address areas, including separate rates for the built-up part of Trai Mat and road-accessible properties near Tuyen Lam. It does not cover the whole province. Send the address in Vietnamese where available, a map pin, the entrance details and a receiving phone number so we can identify the correct area.
Is an evening or same-day order possible?
We are available 24/7. Express preparation with delivery starts from 45 minutes when the flowers and courier are available. Each area has its own daytime and night terms, and more distant addresses take longer. For a booked handover time, allow a possible variation of about 15-20 minutes.
When will I see the actual bouquet?
We send a photograph of the finished flowers before payment. They are prepared individually on the delivery day, with supplies arriving every two days. Use that photograph to review the agreed shape, palette and details. Tell us about any concern before dispatch, when adjustments are easier to arrange.
How do I arrange payment from abroad?
Keep an agreed contact channel available while we confirm the bouquet, delivery and any additions. Prices on this site are in VND; we confirm the total and payment arrangements before you pay. You can place the order on behalf of someone else without being at the delivery address.
Can I include a card or arrange several deliveries?
Send the card message and signature exactly as you want them to appear. For several bouquets or a flower subscription, agree the number, sizes, addresses and dates first. A subscription has its own terms; choosing one bouquet does not automatically schedule later deliveries.
Will the recipient be photographed?
Only with their consent. We share order and handover updates through the agreed channel, and a photograph with the recipient can be requested without making it a condition of delivery. Let us know if the occasion calls for particular discretion.
Where should I go for collection or help after delivery?
Obtain a confirmed collection address and time before travelling; the network's general contact details are not local pickup directions. For a question after receipt, send your order number, photographs and a short explanation through the contact channel used for the order.

One flower variety leaves plenty to choose
A single-flower bouquet puts the differences within one variety on show. You notice the way the flowers open, their spacing, the rhythm of the stems and the exact shade. Removing other varieties does not remove these design decisions.
Start with the feature you enjoy most. Someone who likes clear, repeated shapes may prefer an even outline; someone drawn to buds and movement may want the flowers at different heights. Explain that preference before deciding the number of stems.
One variety does not have to mean one colour
Several shades of the same flower can create a gradual transition or a distinct pattern. Neighbouring colours tend to keep attention on the flower shape; a stronger contrast makes the colour arrangement more noticeable. Ask which effect the chosen flowers can achieve.
Using every available shade can make the choice less clear. A small palette with a deliberate balance often gives the eye more to follow than an assortment chosen only for variety.
Compare branching stems with single flower heads
A stem is not a universal unit of visual size. Spray roses and alstroemeria carry branching flowers, while other selections give a more defined main flower on each stem. Equal stem counts can therefore look quite different.
Compare the planned width and density, along with the flower list. A bouquet intended for a small bedside table needs a different outline from one placed in an open living room, even when the favourite variety stays the same.
Choose the variety before attaching a meaning
A recipient's own preference is a stronger reason than a fixed flower-language rule. Perhaps they enjoy tulips because of their simple shape or carnations because of a particular colour. That personal connection does not need an elaborate explanation.
If you are still discovering their taste, compare the visual character of tulips with carnations. Look for a detail that reminds you of something they choose for themselves, rather than trying to decode the occasion into one compulsory flower.
When the chosen flower is essential
Specify whether the exact variety is the heart of the gift. If it is, availability for the date should be settled before an alternative is accepted. A similar colour in another flower will not necessarily give the same outline or opening effect.
