How to order flowers on the website: from choosing a bouquet to confirming delivery.
Choose a bouquet and add it to the cart. If the mini-cart is collapsed, click the cart icon in the bottom right corner. Fill in your details and the recipient’s details, then click “Place order”.
After you place the order, the florist receives it together with your comments. At the same time, a manager will contact you by phone to clarify the details. The florist can give recommendations if needed.
Taking your wishes into account, the florist assembles the bouquet, adds greenery and decor, and, if needed, gift accessories. The goal is to create a unique bouquet for your occasion.
The finished bouquet is carefully packed in florist paper or protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
We add ribbon, greenery and decor so that the bouquet looks complete and matches your request.
Before dispatch, we check that everything matches the order. We can include a card or receipt if needed.
We give the courier the address, delivery time and instructions on how to hand over the bouquet.
After delivery we contact you to confirm that the bouquet has been delivered and to collect feedback so we can keep improving.
