Can I check the finished bouquet before payment?
Yes. We send a photograph so you can review the flowers, wrapping and card before payment. This site's prices are in Serbian dinars, RSD. We confirm the payment arrangement and complete order amount with you.
When will my flowers be put together?
Your bouquet is made to order on the delivery day. Flower supplies arrive every two days. Tell us if a particular variety or shade matters: availability for the date determines the final selection, and meaningful substitutions are discussed with you.
Is a same-day gift still possible?
Yes, subject to the florist’s availability and the current queue. Express preparation and delivery can start from 45 minutes; the area table shows longer estimates for more distant addresses. If the recipient has a fixed appointment, tell us when it starts. Allow for possible traffic-related variation of around 15-20 minutes.
Which parts of Belgrade are listed for delivery?
The twelve zones include Stari Grad, Vračar, Savski Venac, Novi Beograd, Zvezdara, Zemun and Rakovica, plus the stated urban parts of Voždovac, Palilula and Čukarica, the built-up part of Surčin and northern settlements of Grocka. We keep the intended palette, proportions and overall character. Live flowers vary in opening and shade, and the available selection can change. We discuss substantial substitutions and send a photo of the assembled bouquet before it leaves.
How will I know the gift has been prepared?
We confirm the order, keep you updated during preparation and send the bouquet photo for approval. You can also request a handover photograph in advance; it depends on the recipient’s consent. Use one agreed messaging channel so the order details stay together.
Can I include a note or an extra gift?
Yes. Send the exact card wording with the recipient’s name and your preferred signature. If you would like an additional gift, describe what you have in mind so we can confirm the available item and its price with the bouquet. Mention any relevant food restrictions rather than assuming an assorted treat will suit everyone.
I have changed the card text. Is it too late?
Contact us before the order is passed to the courier. We can then discuss the wording, wrapping, palette or size while changes are still possible. Once the courier has left, an alteration needs separate confirmation and may add to the cost.
