Frequently Asked Questions — Tulum

What information do you need for a Tulum address?

Give the neighbourhood, street and number, plus the property name if it helps identify the entrance. For a villa or smaller hotel, add a map point and a contact who can receive the flowers. A map pin supports the address; it does not identify who is authorised to accept the gift.

Which areas are included?

The listed zones are Centro, Mayapax, Tumben Kaa, Ejidal, La Veleta, Las Palmas, Guerra de Castas, Huracanes, Villas Tulum, Aldea Zama, Colonia Cristal and Zona Hotelera. Other settlements in the municipality, including Akumal, Cobá and Punta Allen, are not automatically included.

How much is delivery?

Daytime delivery ranges from 100 to 250 MXN and nighttime delivery from 130 to 330 MXN. Free delivery is available from 3800 MXN under the applicable order conditions. Check the selected address, time and final total.

Can you deliver to a beachside hotel?

Choose Zona Hotelera and provide the exact property and guest details. Arrange the permitted receiving point with the property. Access to a room, private event or beach area is not implied by a flower delivery order.

The villa has no obvious sign. How should I explain the location?

Add the nearest clear entrance reference and a short description of how the receiving person will identify the courier. Share the property’s correct map point, not a broad neighbourhood pin. Have one reachable contact ready to confirm the final approach.

What kind of bouquet suits a short stay?

Consider the time remaining before departure, the space available and whether there is a vase. A moderate arrangement may be easier to enjoy than a large bouquet during a brief visit. Check what support or container the chosen design includes.

May I order from overseas?

Yes. Provide your contact for approving the order and the recipient’s details separately. Use the intended local date and time in Tulum. If the recipient is changing accommodation, confirm the address for the actual delivery day.

Can the delivery be timed for a dinner or celebration?

Tell us when the flowers are needed so an appropriate receiving window can be agreed. The route times are estimates, not an exact minute guarantee. Allow for preparation, approval and any property access arrangements.

Will I see the finished flowers?

Yes, a photograph of the completed bouquet is sent for approval. Make essential preferences clear before preparation and stay reachable. Any proposed change to an important flower or colour should be agreed rather than assumed.

What happens if nobody can receive the gift?

Arrange another window or a person who has agreed to accept it. Do not rely on leaving flowers outside a closed gate or passing them to a neighbour without permission. Confirm a practical receiving plan before dispatch.

How do the subscription options work?

The three options each contain five bouquets, with listed benefits of 13% for M, 15% for S and 20% for L. These are subscription labels. Confirm the package total, dates and addresses when arranging the sequence.

Can I send flowers without making the occasion formal?

Certainly. Choose a scale and colour the recipient enjoys and use a short, natural message. A thank you, a thought from afar or a simple greeting can be enough. Give the correct receiving name even if the card uses a personal nickname.
