If the recipient is unavailable, refuses delivery or the address is incorrect, we contact the customer and agree on handover, rescheduling or repeated delivery. Repeated delivery may be charged separately.

Day and night charges are separate
For Finikoudes and the centre, the listed delivery prices are 9 EUR by day and 13 EUR at night. Mackenzie is 11 and 16 EUR. Livadia is 13 and 18 EUR, Aradippou 14 and 19 EUR, and the listed built-up area of Oroklini 17 and 23 EUR.
These are delivery charges, not bouquet prices. Confirm the actual address and service period before relying on an example rate. Flowers and requested additions form part of the separately agreed complete order.
Use the estimate for the destination
The table gives Finikoudes a daytime estimate of 45–65 minutes and a night estimate of 60–85 minutes. Oroklini's listed ranges are 75–110 and 95–135 minutes. Other areas have their own entries, so the shortest interval is not a universal promise.
A same-day order depends on flowers and available florist and courier time. Large or particular designs may need more notice. Explain any deadline early and allow for the agreed timing variation rather than planning a ceremony around the exact minimum.
Make the building and receiver identifiable
For an apartment, include the unit, entrance and a contact who can accept the flowers. For a hotel, provide the property and guest booking name and check reception's procedure. A room number alone may not be enough to authorise a handover.
Agree any alternative receiver in advance. An unattended doorway is not automatically a suitable place to leave flowers. If the gift is a surprise, keep the receiving plan workable without asking staff to bypass access rules.
Order from abroad using the local date and time
You can discuss the bouquet remotely and review its prepared photograph before payment. State the delivery date and window as they should apply in Larnaca. If you will be travelling or offline, provide an authorised contact for decisions that cannot wait.

Arrange late receipt and collection explicitly
Night service has separate rates and estimates. Confirm who can receive the order and how the building is accessed at that hour. A property being open does not mean the recipient is ready to accept flowers.
For collection, message us first to confirm availability, location and time for the particular order. Wait for that confirmation before travelling. Bring the order name or reference so the correct bouquet can be prepared for you.
Send changes while they can still be acted on
If the address, time or card needs to change, contact us before the courier takes the order wherever possible. Later alterations may affect the route or incur an additional charge. Confirm the revised arrangement rather than assuming a message alone guarantees the change.
