Can I send flowers to a friend who lives or works in Hurghada?
Yes. Provide the full home or workplace address, recipient's name and phone number, and a clear receiving time. Include the building entrance and any reception arrangement. We confirm the selected delivery area and the person who may accept the flowers before dispatch.
The recipient will be out on a boat trip. When should the flowers arrive?
Choose a time when they or an agreed contact can receive the gift. A bouquet should not wait unattended in the sun while plans change. Let us know the expected return time and provide a backup contact at the property if useful.
Can the hotel reception accept a surprise for me?
That depends on the property's policy and the arrangement you make with its staff. Confirm the receiving contact and where the courier should go. A room delivery is not automatic, and a surprise still needs a dependable way to reach the recipient.
Is my resort within your listed coverage?
The table covers selected Hurghada address areas, including Magawish and the built-up part of Al Ahyaa. El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh and Makadi Bay are not automatically included. Send the full address if the property name leaves the location unclear.
What helps when two resorts have similar names?
Send the hotel's own link or a map pin together with its written address. Include the full property name rather than the hotel group alone. We can then confirm the delivery area, expected timing and receiving details.
Which format is easiest to keep in a hotel room?
Consider the available surface space and whether a vase is provided. A compact bouquet with a suitable vase or a supported arrangement may be more convenient than a very tall design. We can compare options with the recipient's preferred colours in mind.
How much notice do you need for a celebration?

Can you help with a same-day or night-time order?
We are available 24/7. Same-day orders depend on flower availability and the preparation and courier schedule. Express preparation and delivery starts from 45 minutes, with longer estimates for more distant areas. Night tariffs are separate, and a booked time can shift by about 15-20 minutes.
When do I review the arrangement and the final cost?
Prices on this site are in EGP. We agree the flowers, delivery and additions, then show a photograph of the finished bouquet before payment. Natural colour and opening may vary from the catalogue image; significant substitutions are discussed with you.
Can I add a personal note or change the order after booking?
Send the final card message and signature exactly as you want them included. We confirm availability and price for any extra gift. Notify us of changes before dispatch where possible, as later changes may incur an additional cost.
How will I know the gift has reached the right person?
We send confirmation and preparation and handover updates through the agreed contact channel. A photograph with the recipient requires their consent. If someone else will accept the flowers, agree that arrangement in advance. Priority handling can be discussed for an occasion needing extra attention.
Is collection available, and what support is there after delivery?
