Delivery area
We deliver within the current city site and nearby areas shown in the table. Remote, gated or restricted addresses are checked before payment.
Cost and free threshold
The delivery price depends on the area and delivery window. Orders from 3,500 AED receive free delivery where the route is available.
Timing and urgent orders
Orders are accepted around the clock. Same-day and urgent delivery are possible after checking flower availability, bouquet size, route and recipient access.
Payment confirmation
The payment method, currency, receipt details and any delivery surcharge are agreed before bouquet assembly starts.
Recipient unavailable
If the recipient is unavailable, refuses delivery or the address is incorrect, we contact the customer and agree on handover, rescheduling or repeated delivery. Repeated delivery may be charged separately.

If the address is not listed, the manager will verify the nearest available option and confirm the terms before payment. For orders from 3,500 AED, day and night delivery in Dubai is free.
